Hairworks Extra Trade Card is free of charge.

All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Hairworks Extra Trade Card enables you to receive trade pricing, special trade offers, exclusive new release product updates.

This is done by email or distribution of Hairworks Extra trade flyers to your designated address.

Hairworks Extra Trade is only available from Hairworks Extra Terrace End, 752 Main Street, Palmerston North.

 

Terms and Conditions of Hairworks Extra Trade Card Account :

To obtain Hairdressing/Beauty products from Hairworks Extra with a Hairworks Extra Trade Account you must be either a council registered salon owner/ trading hairdresser in a council registered salon as a chair operator or council registered salon owner/ trading registered beauty professional in a council registered salon. You must also be a New Zealand resident and gst registered. You must also have a current Salon Health Inspection Certificate.

Hairworks Extra operates a Cash and Carry Trade account. Cash and Carry means that you are charged for goods as you go. Methods of payment accepted instore include cash, eftpos, credit card (excluding AMEX). ONLINE Payments: Bank transfer or credit card.

 

To open a Hairworks Extra Trade account:

1. Fill out and complete all sections on our attached application form.

2. Attach your Salon's Current Health Inspection Certificate to support your application.

 

Supply criteria: The supply of hairdressing supplies is restricted by our suppliers. These restrictions require us to only supply to council registered salons and trading hairdressers in a council registered salon as a chair operator and also those who provide an essential hairdressing service. Hairworks Extra reserves the right to cease or refuse to supply to those we consider do not meet the required criteria.

Registered beauty professionals have access all of our Hairworks Extra products excluding professional use only colour these are soley available to trading hairdressers that are council registered.

In some instances permission to purchase at trade prices may be required directly from the salon owner.

As all products are supplied in the course of business the Consumer Guarantees Act shall not apply.

 

The Customer agrees not to breach the following conditions:

1. Always pay on receipt of goods when paying instore or pay for goods online before they are shipped to you or ready for collection.

2. Not cancel any orders once they have been placed.

3. Return the Hairworks Extra Trade Card to us should you close your salon, change the name of the salon or significantly change the ownership structure of your salon.

4. Notify Hairworks Extra immediately if you lose your Hairworks Extra Trade Card.

5. Notify Hairworks Extra immediately of any damaged stock on receipt of goods. 6. Be a council registered salon owner/ trading hairdresser in a council registered salon as a chair operator/provide an essential hairdressing service.

7. Hairworks Extra Trade Card to be presented at time of purchasing.

8. Hairworks Extra Trade card is only to be used by salon owner or authorised staff members.

Pricing/Quotes: All prices are in New Zealand Dollars ($) and are inclusive of GST.

Hairworks Extra website and store prices are subject to change without notice.

Hairworks Extra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error. This can occur even when an order has been confirmed and payment made. In the event that payment has already been made, Hairworks Extra will immediately credit the amounts charged.

 

Any quotes given by Hairworks Extra are only valid within the dates specified on the quote which will be no longer than 30 days from date of quote.

Returns: (Does not apply to furniture) If you wish to return an item because it is no longer required by you then this must be done within one week of delivery at your expense. Notify Hairworks Extra immediately upon receipt of goods if you wish to return. Returns will only be accepted for restocking if they are complete, unused and in perfect condition suitable for resale in their original packaging. Hairworks Extra reserves the right to refuse any goods deemed not suitable for resale. Hairworks Extra will provide you with a credit on your account valid for 6 months from date of returned goods we will notify you of your credit via email minus any freight charges inccured from online orders. Delivery costs from any alternative goods will be charged to you.
